3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Milk
Caramel Frosting-
2 Sticks Butter
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup milk
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Cups Powedered Sugar
